We have Ridgid 258XL power pipe cutter hire available nationwide. This Ridgid pipe cutter is a quality piece of equipment for cutting large pipes to a professional standard. It can cut through large, metal and galvanised pipe and rigid conduit between the diameter of 200mm - 300mm. The Ridgid 258XL is a displacement cutter and cuts through items by displacing material rather than removing it. It is ideal for preparing pipes for press fitting, roll grooving, threading, and other jobs that need accurate pipework. Displacement cutting also does not produce any abrasive dust, dangerous sparks, or open flames during operation. It is a safe, practical, and clean form of cutting large pipes for quick and precise results and minimal burr. The hydraulic foot pump lowers the blade onto the surface of the pipe and you can apply more pressure to cut through the pipe. The pump provides exceptional control while you are working with the machine. The Ridgid 258XL blade is individually powered by the Ridgid 700 Power Drive which is available separately. As the blade engages, it causes the pipe to turn on the roller bed, ensuring precise and consistent displacement cutting around the entire pipe. The Ridgid 258XL pipe cutter is a heavy-duty piece of equipment suitable for cutting large pipes on-site and in workshops. It is a versatile machine that can also be adapted for beveling pipe.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
Hire Shield is a subrogation waiver covering the first £50 (Standard) or £200 (Premium) of the £1,700 hired-in plant claim excess. It is included in every booking. The charge is calculated at checkout.
