We have both 2 stroke and 4 stroke petrol rammers available - they are tough, robust and effective pieces of compaction equipment, ideal for use in trenches, for foundation work and other general compaction applications in smaller and difficult to access areas. Trench rammers are also great for compacting cohesive soils with a high clay content, as the small plate transfers the energy more directly and preciely than a wacker plate. This is great for clay soil, which requires more force in order to compact it effectively. You can book a trench rammer hire online or over the phone and then either collect it from your local depot at the start of the hire or we can deliver it to you.
