We have 110v Ridgid 700 Power Drive hire available nationwide. These motor units are sturdy and robust pieces of equipment to be used with compatible hydraulic pipe cutters. We have compatible cutters such as the Ridgid 258 and the Ridgid 258XL available for hire separately. This Power Drive propels the hydraulic cutter blades to complete fast, efficient, and professional standard cuts into pipe and tube. The size and material of the pipes and tubes that can be cut will depend on the capacity of the hydraulic cutter you use. The Ridgid 700 Power Drive is a robust, cast aluminium tool with spring-loaded adapter pawls, a hardened steel spindle gear, and double-throw reversible switch. The appropriate safety equipment, including eye protection and heavy-duty gloves must be worn when operating the saw to minimise the risk of personal injury. Ridgid 700 Power Drives are 110v pieces of equipment, so a transformer, generator or 110v site supply is required to power them. We can supply transformers if they are needed. From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
Hire Shield is a subrogation waiver covering the first £50 (Standard) or £200 (Premium) of the £1,700 hired-in plant claim excess. It is included in every booking. The charge is calculated at checkout.
