Genny4 Signal Generator

Designed to aid in the detection and tracing of underground utilities, the Radiodetection Genny4 is a signal generator that offers dual-frequency output capabilities. It is equipped with a standard 33kHz locate signal, which is commonly used, as well as the ability to transmit a second frequency specifically intended for locating smaller diameter cables like telecoms and lighting cables. Notably, the Genny4 includes a new power boost function that significantly extends the range and depth of the transmitted signal.

To effectively locate underground utilities, the Genny4 is intended to be used in conjunction with a CAT4 depth locator. When used together, these two devices form an essential equipment set for conducting land surveys prior to commencing any excavation work.
