Prolongs life of cut off saws
This dust unit designed for use in conjunction with a cut off saw uses a pressurised water system to create a simple, cost-effective method of reducing the amount of airborne dust produced by a cut off saw. As one person operates the saw, another operates the dust units water pump, which is easily connected to the saw. The water is pumped to the source of the dust, as the blade cuts through the material, suppressing the dust and preventing it from becoming airborne. This drastically improves the health and safety credentials of the work zone, as the risk of inhaling harmful dust is dramatically reduced. Using this dust unit also drastically improves the life of the cut off saws disk and prolongs the life of the cut off saw motor – this dust unit therefore represents great value. The dust units light-weight, portable design allows it to be quickly and conveniently be carried around the site, with the saw, to wherever it is needed.

Reduced the dust massively
We have always had a bit of an issue with using our cut off saws indoors but we have now hired a few of these as a trial to see how they get on and it has reduced the dust to almost zero. Although you need someone else to pump the water as someone saws, it is still better than having the fine dust in the air.

No more dust after hiring this.
An excellent bit of kit. Powerful, came already assembled. Substantial build quality, great value for money and the customer service was possibly the best I have ever come across. Got a question then e-mail the company. You get a reply within 2-3 hours. I think the guy who answers questions must live in the office!!! Can't fault them or any of their products for hire.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
Hire Shield is a subrogation waiver covering the first £50 (Standard) or £200 (Premium) of the £1,700 hired-in plant claim excess. It is included in every booking. The charge is calculated at checkout.
