Description
Lightweight Electric Drain Cleaner
This electric drain cleaner is capable of maintaining free and clear drains and removing blockages. The ideal tool for removing blockages from awkward bendy drains - the cleaner consists of a long cable housed in a drum, with an electric drill mechanism attached. When the drill is operated, the cable inside the drum will advance into the drain, the wire brush head quickly clearing any blockages. Whilst clearing blockages or cleaning a drain, you should always wear PVC gloves, eye protection and overalls, as unblocking drains can be a messy business and there is a chance of picking up an illness from drain waste. Never put your hands into the drain, to prevent the risk of becoming stuck or hurting yourself on something hidden within. Remember – prevention is always better than cure, so take care when flushing objects down plug holes and toilets. It is also advisable to regularly clear leaves and other foliage from outside drains, covering the entrance in mesh or netting to prevent a blockage developing inside the pipe.
