This robust and versatile pipe cutter can cut steel, stainless steel, heavy-wall steel, and cast-iron pipes between 100mm - 150mm in diameter. This manual tool opens up to allow you to insert the lengths of pipe. Once the material is in place you can close the tool, wrapping the cutters around it. The hinge locks the device closed, and the handle can be screwed down to clamp the cutting blades against the surface of different sized pipe. This also holds the items in place securely. The cutter is then rotated around the pipe in either direction. The blades score into the pipe until it cuts through it completely with a clean and accurate break. There is minimal rotation needed for the cutter to work. They can be used on-site and in workshops when space in confined - they are convenient and practical tools. The extra sharp blade allows for rapid cutting which is 40% faster than other manual pipe cutters. These hinged pipe cutters also come supplied with a second handle. The additional handle allows the cutter to be operated by two people for easier cutting of larger pipes. There are replacement cutter wheels available to purchase.
