This heavy-duty butt fusion welder is ideal for sanitary pipe installation, drains, plumbing, chimney reconstruction, and a range of other professional butt welding applications.
This cleverly constructed fusion welder consists of all the necessary features and quality components you would expect for a top level piece of machinery. With a powerful, front facing cutter with safety housing, safety switch and hardened blades for vibration free, smooth planing. This fusion welder is reliable and capable of quality results. The heating element is embedded in corrosion-resistant aluminium and the electronic temperature control can be adjusted from 180-290℃ - for accurate, versatile fusion. The quick clamping device is set on a smooth-sliding, roller-bearing mounting, and allows for incredible accuracy when bringing pipe ends together for exact alignment. This butt fusion welder is compact, robust, and perfect for on-site work or in workshops - the sheet metal frame housing can double up as a durable, protective carry case for convenient transit and storage.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
Hire Shield is a subrogation waiver covering the first £50 (Standard) or £200 (Premium) of the £1,700 hired-in plant claim excess. It is included in every booking. The charge is calculated at checkout.
