These pipe cutters are extremely practical tools for cutting pipes and tubes with a huge size variance - between the diameters of 75mm - 360mm. There are blades available to cut most types of material including steel, copper, cast iron, stainless steel, multi-layered materials, and all plastics. These pipe cutters are powerful tools that make clean, precise, and accurate cuts for professional standard jobs. Exact PipeCut 360E pipe saws are ideal for travelling tradespeople and onsite work. They are lightweight, compact tools that do not take up much space in storage or during transit. They are easy to carry around and do not need a solid work station for working on. You can use these pipe cutters on any flat surface such as the ground or a workbench, as they do not need to be clamped into place with a vice. Instead, the Exact PipeCut 360E features a set of adjustable claws with integrated rollers. The claws cradle pipe and tube securely as you cut through them. You can roll the blade across the surface of the pipe as you make the cut, or you can roll the pipe manually. Four roller supports are supplied with the pipe cutter. These supports can be placed underneath longer lengths or heavy pipe to make cutting easier and more efficient. These pipe cutters are dry, spark-free cutters that make excellent, safe onsite, workshop, and factory saws. The appropriate safety equipment, including eye protection and heavy-duty gloves must be worn when operating the saw to minimise the risk of personal injury. Exact PipeCut 360E pipe saws are 110v pieces of equipment, so a transformer, generator or 110v site supply is required to power them. We can supply transformers if they are needed. From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
Hire Shield is a subrogation waiver covering the first £50 (Standard) or £200 (Premium) of the £1,700 hired-in plant claim excess. It is included in every booking. The charge is calculated at checkout.
