Our cordless electric rod cutters are efficient and reliable battery-powered tools. They are portable machines that make it easy to handle a large volume of studs, and they make clean cuts quickly, accurately, and safely. The compact design makes it easy to carry around to different sites when they are needed. They can be used on-site without damaging thread or producing any burr or sparks. These threaded rod cutters are ideal for various trades and are used when securing overhead electrical, water, and HVAC installations. They have the capacity for cutting threaded rod of 8mm - 10mm and can cut 660 studs with a fully charged battery. We provide 2 batteries with your equipment, which allows you to manage your time better to get the job completed faster. You can charge 1 battery while you are using the second, as they have a charging time of just 45 minutes.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
Hire Shield is a subrogation waiver covering the first £50 (Standard) or £200 (Premium) of the £1,700 hired-in plant claim excess. It is included in every booking. The charge is calculated at checkout.
