Our Airrex commercial air conditioning units are high quality pieces of equipment, designed for cooling large commercial and industrial areas such as offices, IT rooms, warehouses, factories and more. They help to provide a cool and comfortable environment for workers, machinery and sensitive IT equipment. These 240v portable air con units have a cooling output of up to 25,000btu (7.3kW) - they can be used for cooling entire rooms or for spot cooling machinery, IT equipment, servers and telecoms systems. The castors on the base of these units allow excellent mobility, so you can position the air conditioner wherever it is needed. We have Airrex Ducting available for these air conditioners in a range of sizes. This ducting can be attached to the top of the unit to exhaust the warm air that is left over from the cooling process out of the space. You can add this ducting to your order during checkout.
You can book a commercial air conditioner hire online or over the phone with our hire team and either collect the unit from your local depot at the start of the hire, or we can deliver to you.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
Hire Shield is a subrogation waiver covering the first £50 (Standard) or £200 (Premium) of the £1,700 hired-in plant claim excess. It is included in every booking. The charge is calculated at checkout.
