Description
This wheel wash system is designed to be compact and easy to use. Its modulated design allows it to be used in areas with limited space, such as in low-traffic work zones in urban areas. Its primary purpose is to clean the wheels and chassis of vehicles in order to prevent the spread of dirt, which may be required by local legislation. It is particularly useful in situations where traditional wheel wash solutions cannot be used due to space constraints.
When a vehicle drives through this wheel wash system, the rumble bars work to loosen any dirt or debris on the tires. High-pressure horizontal spray jets with automatic sensors then clean the tires from all angles, including the treads, for a comprehensive clean. It is effective for cleaning standard tipper lorry tires and can be used at a slow speed for a more thorough wash. This compact wheel wash system is suitable for use with 8-wheel tipper lorries and concrete trucks without under-run bars, and ramp extensions are available for vehicles with lower configurations.
This wheel wash system is designed for easy deployment and transportation. It can be quickly set up on any site with minimal effort and can be easily moved to different locations. It can be powered using an existing three-phase electricity supply or a 10KVA 3-phase diesel-powered generator. In order to use the system, a 25mm water supply is needed to fill the unit and maintain the water level during operation. The system has a low water waste rate because the water is recirculated from the sump located beneath the tracks.
If you need to use this washer as a wheel bath, you can recess it into the ground 325mm for a flush fit application. If you cannot dig into the ground, you can elevate the tracks 325mm above ground with 3-metre rumble ramps.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
