Description
The Armadillo XL Eco is a mobile welfare unit designed for use on construction or work sites. It is designed to be towed on a highway and provides a secure and self-contained space for workers to rest and take care of their basic needs. The unit includes a large canteen area that can accommodate 10 people, a toilet, and a drying room. Its purpose is to ensure that all workers have access to clean and comfortable facilities for eating, washing, and using the toilet while they are on the job.
This welfare unit is powered by solar energy, which helps to decrease emissions, fuel usage, generator usage, and noise pollution. It is equipped with a specialized 12v super quiet generator with a 68-liter fuel tank. The backup generator only operates when the solar batteries are low, ensuring that the workstaff always have a comfortable place to rest. By using this solar welfare unit, it is possible to save approximately £100 per week on fuel.
The Armadillo XL Eco is a fully self-contained unit with LED lighting, hot and cold running water, a chemical toilet, regulation forearm sinks, 12v USB and 230v sockets, a microwave, kettle, table, and seating. It also has a heating system and auto-frost protection to maintain comfortable conditions, even in harsh weather.
This strong and secure towable cabin is made from steel and features lockable security doors, window shutters, a 5-point deadlocking system, and a hydraulic isolation switch to ensure safety and security on the job site. It is suitable for even the most remote and challenging environments.

YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
