Description
Fast & efficient concrete poker
We have 52mm high frequency concrete pokers available for hire nationwide. This robust piece of equipment provides a fast and efficient way of removing pockets of air from fresh concrete, to produce a hard, smooth finish and ensuring extra durability and strength. Concrete slabs treated with this vibrating poker are tougher and much more compact than non-treated slabs, so they last much longer and are less likely to sink or dip. This high-frequency concrete poker features a 7m abrasion-resistant hose, die-cast aluminium housing, 15 metre cable, and a long-lasting motor that requires minimal maintenance. While this is a 110v piece of equipment, it does feature an integrated power converter, so you do not need an additional external power source. As this is an electric item, it is environmentally-friendly with no emissions and is safe to use indoors and in poorly ventilated areas.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
Hire Shield is a subrogation waiver covering the first £50 (Standard) or £200 (Premium) of the £1,700 hired-in plant claim excess. It is included in every booking. The charge is calculated at checkout.
If you have your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI), you'll be asked to provide proof after booking. To opt out of Hire Shield, contact us via .
