Description
Tough 48L compressor dehumidifier for construction applications
This portable refrigerant dehumidifier is a high-quality piece of equipment, ideal for drying rooms following construction work, decorating work, leaks and floods.
It is a robust and portable dehumidifier, capable of extracting up to 48 litres of moisture per day. Its high quality construction, with a steel chassis and tough rotomoulded housing, makes it ideal for use on site.
It features a large handle and wheels which make it easy to move around a site, to dry different rooms once work has been completed. It has an excellent operating temperature range, from 1-38 °C. This allows it to operate effectively in colder spaces where other refrigerant dehumidifiers often struggle.
It has easy to use controls, with an internal humidistat that allows you to set a required humidity within the space. The dehumidifier will switch itself on and off as required in order to maintain the set humidity level.
It also features automatic condensate pump-out, so the water removed from the air is automatically pumped out of the machine and down a drain using a hose. This means that the dehumidifier can be left to run continuously, without the need to continuously empty a water collection tank.
As this dehumidifier is a dual voltage unit, it can be powered either with a 110v or 240v power supply. You can select the unit you require using the dropdown menu above. 240v is for use with a standard domestic plug socket. 110v is for site use with a transformer.
You can book a portable dehumidifier hire online or over the phone with our hire team and then either collect from your nearest available store at the start of the hire, or we can deliver it to you.
