This 20ft mobile welfare unit is a sustainable facility cabin that is ideal for all types of worksites. It runs with an economic generator that offers low emissions, maintenance, noise levels, and generator time. Each room has PIR LED lights which help to control power consumption, and they also ensure that the cabin is light and bright space when it is occupied. This large welfare cabin is the size of a static unit, but it is fully mobile, mounted on a towable trailer so that you can move it to where it needs to be. Once in place, the cabin can be ready to use within just 45 seconds. This modern site welfare unit features a large canteen, plus a separate office, toilet and drying room. Each room has a door, offering privacy and security. Each door has a duel heavy duty locking system, so the cabin is safe when locked and when left unattended. Designed to be reliable and durable, this cabin is made from high strength composite panels. It has a glavanised steel exterior and a GRP interior, with high density foam insulation. It provides excellent shelter and offers a comfortable place to take a break from work in all weather conditions. 

Canteen - The canteen has an open plan space with a food preparation area, a table, and comfortable bench seating for up to 12 people. There is a kettle and a microwave as standard, plus power sockets for additional equipment. There is a sink basin with warm, running water, and you can control the temperature of the room using the thermostatically controlled Eberspacher air heating system. Other features include a soap dispenser, towel dispenser, waste container, cup dispenser, drinking water container, and a carbon monoxide detector.

Office - The separate office allows you to hold meetings, complete paperwork, and more, without interrupting anyone using the canteen. It has a work desk, sockets for computers and devices, PIR LED lights, a window, and a heating outlet.

WC - There is a spacious toilet with 80 litre recirculating flush tank. There is also a stainless steel forearm washbasin with warm, running water, a soap dispenser, towel dispenser, and toilet roll holder also build into the room. 

Drying Room - The drying room offers plenty of space to change out of work clothes or to store outerwear, the drying room features a seating bench and 6 coat hooks. The blown air outlet ensures that the temperature of the room is kept comfortable.
