Versatile 165mm 18v saw
Our 165mm cordless circular saws are 18v battery-powered appliances. They can cut through all kinds of materials, such as floorboards, decking boards, wooden planks, MDF, plasterboard, and more. As these circular saws are cordless, there are no restrictive cables. As there are no cables, you use these saws in any workspace. They are versatile enough to use at home, in a workshop, on a worksite, and more, even if there is no immediate access to a mains power supply. They also feature an electric brake, soft start, electronic current limiter for overload protection, battery fuel gauge, and a twin LED job light.
These cordless circular saws are lightweight and design to be easy to handle. They are compact, with soft, rubber covered grips, and high torque for smooth, efficient cutting. The automatic speed control adjusts the cutting speed according to the load as you work, for optimum performance. There is also a dust nozzle so that you can attach a vacuum and remove residue from the cutting line as you work. This creates a safer, more comfortable and practical workstation. These versatile 165mm circular saws make it easy to adjust cutting depth, and they can be easily set for bevel cutting too.
We supply our cordless circular saws with 2 batteries and a 240v charger. This allows you to use one battery while you charge the other. Then when the first battery runs out of power, swap it over and carry on working. Alternating the batteries this way means there is no downtime on the job! From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
Hire Shield is a subrogation waiver covering the first £50 (Standard) or £200 (Premium) of the £1,700 hired-in plant claim excess. It is included in every booking. The charge is calculated at checkout.
