Mobile site welfare facilities
These 12ft mobile welfare units are ideal for all worksites. They are portable cabins that can be towed into place and can be set up to use within 45 seconds. They offer comfortable facilities, including a canteen, a toilet and a drying room. Each facility is an individual compartment with a separate door, offering excellent privacy and allowing you to keep each room clean and well maintained. All of the internal surfaces are designed to wipe clean. These welfare units are also strong and robust. They are built to withstand demanding use, so they are perfect for any worksite, and they are suitable in any weather conditions. There is a fast and efficient heating and hot water system that improves the comfort of the cabin and allows users to wash before using the canteen or finishing work. The economic generator ensures that all the facilities can be used while also offering low emissions, maintenance, noise levels, and generator time. The PIR LED lights help to control power consumption automatically, and they ensure a light and bright space is available all day long. Each door has a duel heavy duty locking system, so the cabin is safe and secure when locked and when left unattended.
Canteen - The canteen has an ergonomic design that incorporates a refreshment preparation area, comfortable seating area, and a dining table for up to 6 people. There is a kettle and a microwave as standard, plus power sockets for additional equipment. There is a sink basin with warm, running water, and you can control the temperature of the room using the thermostatically controlled Eberspacher air heating system. Other features include a soap dispenser, towel dispenser, waste container, cup dispenser, drinking water container, and a carbon monoxide detector.
WC - There is a spacious toilet with 80 litre recirculating flush tank. There is also a stainless steel forearm washbasin with warm, running water, a soap dispenser, towel dispenser, and toilet roll holder also build into the room.
Drying Room - The drying room offers plenty of space to change out of work clothes or to store outerwear, the drying room features a seating bench and 6 coat hooks. The blown air outlet ensures that the temperature of the room is kept comfortable.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.
If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.
YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.
If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.
Hire Shield is a subrogation waiver covering the first £50 (Standard) or £200 (Premium) of the £1,700 hired-in plant claim excess. It is included in every booking. The charge is calculated at checkout.
