Karcher SGV 8/5 steam vacuum cleaners are fantastic all round commercial steam cleaning machines. Ideal for a range of cleaning applications in restaurants, bars, schools, hospitals, factories and more, these steam cleaners come with a range of attachments which make cleaning all kinds of surfaces and appliances quickly, easily and effectively.

Harnessing the sanitising power of steam, these units are capable of killing up to 99.9% of bacteria. The pressurised steam quickly and easily cuts through grease, fat and dirt on floors, walls, tiles, cookers, sinks, machinery and more. The vacuum function removes the dirt, grease and moisture to leave the floor or surface dry following cleaning.

These steam vacuum cleaners for hire also have the function to be used solely as a wet vacuum without steam, so you can vacuum up and spills.

SGV 8/5 units have a unique self-clean function. The machine is capable of cleaning itself fully after each use and the detergent function is ideal for deep cleaning of large areas like floors, or where a shine or fragrance is preferred.

Please note that this unit cannot be used with an extension cable.

Powerful steam cleaner - would recommend!

These Karcher steam cleaners are really good units. They are good all round cleaners. We have hired them in the past for clenaing the kitchens in our retaurants and they get through the job really quickly, from washing and steam cleaning the floors and counter tops and tiles as well as the ovens and grills. Perfect all round steam clenaing machines.

Professinal quality steam cleaner

The Karcher SGV 8-5 Steam Vacuum Cleaner is a really good steam cleaner, it's very powerful and professional. The steam cuts through general floor and counter-top grime and grit really easily and leaves the surface looking and feeling much cleaner and healthier. I would definitely recommend these steam cleaners for large cleaning jobs. I will definitely hire one again in the future.

This is an excellent steam cleaner. I was glad it was a Karcher when I hired it because I know them and have used their equipment before so I know it is good quality. These are really good units that you can use to steam clean pretty much everywhere!

Steam cleaner

I didn't even know that Karcher did cleaning equipment but now we have used karcher products i think we will stick with the brand. Also Mammoth hire were very easy to deal with thank you for the help guys.

Steamer is very good!

Brilliant! Really good, very easy to use. Takes slightly longer to heat up the water to steam than it says but all in all, a very good steamer. Highly recommended.

From 1st April 2022, our suppliers will only fuel machines with white diesel. This is due to new government guidelines.

If you, as the hirer, refuel any equipment while it is in your possession, it must be with WHITE DIESEL.

YOU MUST NOT USE RED DIESEL IN HIRED MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT.

If you return a machine refuelled with rebated diesel, suppliers will have to remove and dispose of the fuel. They must also flush the tank and supply lines before they can refuel them. The process is chargeable, with no exceptions.

An insurance charge will be calculated at checkout. If you have proof of your own Hired-In Plant Insurance (HIPI) and wish to opt-out of the insurance charge, you can do so by booking via Live Chat.
